Boy, Was I Wrong!

This is my take on a step card. I've never tried one. I usually just do a single image, so doing a whole scene was really fun. This is just an 8.5x11 piece of kraft cardstock that I folded at 1", 2", 3.5", 5" & 6.75". Then made the accordion folds.

I've had this stamp set for quite a while. I bought it when I first saw it. I couldn't help it! I love the vintage feel of it.

I used MTC to cut around my stamps. It is such an easy thing to do! I'll try to do a tutorial on this soon. In order to get the stamp placed just right, I had to use my Stamp-a-ma-jig. I've had mine for about 5 years now, and I think I can count on both hands the number of times I've used it. I never really saw the point..."insert post title here" (Boy, Was I Wrong!!). I'd have never been able to line everything up correctly without it! I've tried several times to get things aligned with this tool, but I finally, had a break through...repositionable tape!!

I'd get frustrated trying to get the paper to stay put as I placed the clear sheet over top, but with the repositionable tape, the page doesn't move while I get things aligned...Wow!! Perfect results...can't get any better than that!
